Exciting news at Restorative Therapy Co - Dr. Tara Pandiscia is officially a certified PWR! Moves Therapist (as well as an LSVT Big certified therapist)! She recently completed this additional training in order to provide the most up-to-date treatment techniques for Parkinson’s Disease.

PWR! Stands for Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery and uses therapeutic techniques supported by the latest research to help people with Parkinson’s achieve their individualized goals with personalized treatment to target and reduce multiple PD symptoms, increase function and mobility, and improve quality of life.

PWR! Moves can help reduce freezing, tremor, stiffness, and incoordination to improve movement, posture, and strength! Exercise is medicine for people with Parkinson’s Disease and PWR! Moves can be tailored to help those in the early stages through advanced stages of Parkinson’s Disease.
